Pat Joe Cronin was a champion ploughman. His speciality was the horse-drawn High Crested (Munster) style. He won the 1952 minor title in this style at the Irish Ploughing Championships in Athenry, Co. Galway, together with the Senior individual and team titles in 1952, 1953 and 1954. Later in the interview, Pat Joe talks with passion about ploughing, pride and ploughing championships.
